The Upmann Z4 draught regulator is approved for oil, gas, and all solid fuels, whether for new systems, renovations, or all conventional systems. These systems require a specific and consistent negative pressure to operate. If the chimney exceeds the value for optimal draught, the damper of the chimney draught regulator opens, reducing the negative pressure by allowing additional air to flow in. Once the preset value is reached, the damper of the Z4 draught regulator can be closed again. The Z4 draught regulator is made of stainless steel and designed for installation in the chimney cheek.
