Efficient wood gasification: Sustainable and powerful

The principle of wood gasification ensures almost complete and clean combustion of the fuel. The boiler's generously sized combustion chamber, located on the left side, allows for the insertion of logs up to 500 mm in length. A single load of wood can provide up to 4 hours of burn time at full power. At lower loads, operation throughout the entire day is even possible.

The two-stage wood gasification process protects the environment by reducing emissions and maximizes the utilization of the energy stored in the fuel. For optimal results, the firewood used should have a residual moisture content of no more than 20%.

Advanced pellet combustion

A separate boiler compartment on the right side is provided for pellet combustion. An integrated hopper offers sufficient space for 80 liters of pellets in the 25 kW version and 148 liters in the larger 35 kW and 45 kW models. Alternatively, the boiler can be connected to an external pellet supply via a suction or conveying system to further increase convenience.

Wood pellets are an environmentally friendly fuel made from renewable raw materials such as wood shavings. With quality guarantees like DINplus or ENplus A1, the pellets ensure a clean and reliable heat supply.

Automatic switching between wood and pellets

The PID Logic Combi boiler supports automatic switching between fuel types. As soon as the loaded logs have completely burned, the pellet burner automatically takes over. Additional practical features such as an exhaust gas temperature sensor, automatic grate cleaning, and a large loading door for firewood make daily use of the boiler particularly convenient. Maintenance is kept to a minimum thanks to the easily accessible cleaning elements.

A safety temperature limiter (STB) shuts off the boiler in case of overheating, while an integrated safety heat exchanger ensures rapid system cooling.
