Product overview

The GPO two-way pump group heating circuit set is a state-of-the-art solution for circulating the working fluid in central heating, process heat, and cooling systems. Its compact design and factory-pre-assembled components allow it to integrate seamlessly into existing systems and ensure smooth operation.

Applications and operating modes

This pump group is ideally suited for efficient heat distribution in heating circuits, process heat applications, and cooling circuits. The integrated circulation pump supports three operating modes: Δp-c (constant differential pressure), Δp-v (variable differential pressure), and constant speed.

This allows the system to adapt optimally to changing requirements, ensures consistent temperatures and minimizes energy consumption at the same time.

Equipment and components

The standard equipment includes two ball valves with integrated thermometers and a check valve in the supply line. These fittings enable easy maintenance, quick temperature monitoring, and reliable backflow protection.

The Wilo Para SC circulation pump with a 130 mm connection spacing ensures reliable pumping performance. Custom-designed thermal insulation reduces heat loss and ensures exceptionally quiet operation.

Technology

The Wilo Para 25/6 SC pump operates on 1~230 V at 50–60 Hz and consumes only 3 to 43 W. The maximum pressure is 6 bar, and the maximum medium temperature is 90 °C.

The pump has a connection spacing of 125 mm and compact dimensions of 390 × 275 × 140 mm (L × W × H) with a weight of 5.3 kg. Upper connections: 2 × 1″ female thread; lower connections: 2 × 1½″ male thread.

With a power coefficient EEI ≤ 0.20 and a current consumption of only 0.44 A, the unit offers maximum energy efficiency and low operating costs.
